Whaddya know!

So, I did another skull... Jesus, maybe I should get help.. Well, if anything good comes out of this skull-loving of mine is that at least I don't have to start sweating when and if somebody wants to have a skull done.
"Can you draw me a bird?" - "Hmmm, yeah, howabout it's INSIDE OF A SKULL??"
That's how I'm gonna end up. Sad old skull fuc..lover.
At first I thought that when I'm kinda pleased with my skulls I'll start doing something else. But seems like I'm never pleased or if I am, I'll get excited and try to make a nicer one. Can't win, me.
But honestly people, skulls are NOT the only thing I'm drawing.
Second thought, they are! Shit.........

Well I lied. Made some skulls anyways. Fast ones.

*ello!

I was wondering, is drawing the same frigging things all time repeating myself or good training to find my "thing" and my style. I remember the graffiti days, you kept on doing sketches with the magazines open and finally it kinda turned into your own style.
I guess if there was a line of people wanting to have a tattoo by me or a painting I'd be fine by doing the same stuff, but now its kinda frustrating cause I end up doing the same shit all over. When I finally find my way of doing roses and skulls I promise to concentrate on something else. Seems like I'm going towards more realistic way of doing roses. And skulls. But I definitely am not going for the B&G picture-like stuff.
The next blog, I PROMISE, it'll be something else than skulls or roses. Right now I'm just going through a phase, sorry, be patient.

A month has passed..

Kinda feeling bad for not updating anything here but I never thought it as a blog, more like a diary of some sort. That I can look back and see what was happening at this and that time of my life.
Anyways, been having this drawer's block (is there one?) lately, or maybe more just lack of inspiration I'd say. Been sitting a few time with a pen but nothing comes out of it. So, I just thought that fuck it, can't be bothered.
This friday however I opened a bottle of red wine and SWOOOOSH, all kinds of ideas started to pop up. Not from the bottle, people, from my head after a few glasses.
So, a friend of mine has a 10 year old son that really loves skulls (yeah, they all do..) so I've given him a few drawings o mine and he just told me that he had bought frames and hung them on the wall! They're just sketches! Anyways, I thought I might as well do something for him while drawing and this came out. Not excatly a skull, might have to explain the lad it really is a PART of a skull, so he won't be dissappointed.
K stands for Kevin, the lad.
Sometimes the best ideas seem to come after a few whiskeys or some wine. Beer works as well.

OK, (telling myself) now is time to get some stuff done. Enough with the tv.
See you soon o diary.

Time to go home again...

Ok, one of the most boring bloggings ever but this is our holiday in a nutshell. A lot more happened but no camera involved. Christmas Eve and the New Years as well passed by under the palm trees. The best party must I say was the one with the locals. Kinda the same we did last summer but this time with some SERIOUS Thai karaoke, all night, non stop, too loud. Too bad I left my camera home, cause this was a major party with about 60 people. A tent had been put up and these weird long lights been hang up from the palm trees. Of course we got a major ride back home, a massive convoy. Its a status thing of some sort that you can or will arrange a big party. Anyways, we had a blast.
Now, just packing and feeling excited about going back to the eternal darkness and cold. By the way, who ever made up that Hell is a hot place? Well, much rather that than our fucking weather.
Ps. That snake above? We all walked over it (didnt see it) and Bella was about to pick it up cause she thought it was a fish. Shes 2,5. And it was dark. Or maybe she thought that it was some sort of an eel or something.. The locals are shitscared of snakes, harmless or not. Because ALL of the worst excist over here.
Ok, gotta go.

Froggy style

You know, since on our last visit it was raining more than a week, Im kinda waiting on my blogging. Now, in the evenings you tend to be pretty friggin' tired after running/pleasing after two kids, and the dinner and some refreshments involved.
So, the only thing I got to offer is this fellow. Was sitting by the house yesterday when we got home.
Got some nice pics from the x-mas eve at the beach, but that, sorry, has to wait till some cloudy moment. And a big cup o coffee.
Anyways, here's Thai Kermit.

So, in Thailand again.

Ok. As I wrote before all kind of shit was going down before the trip. But we made it. Until we got to the airport. As we were checking in with all the other idiots with their thousand bags suddenly they announced that we have to check in our selves, its just the baggage that we're leaving by the desk. Well, thank you very much for not standing by the rope and telling to do that first.
Fine, that got done. Except they told us that AIR FUCKING FRANCE had overbooked our flight from Paris to Bangkok by 26 seats. So, we werent confirmed on the flight. Well, thank (fuck)you very much again. They told us to run to the gate and FIRMLY announce that we ARE coming to that plane. It would have been fine but we were bit in a hurry.
Ok, flight went fine, having two kids an' all. Champagne, a few whiskys and a some beer later we werent that stressed anymore. Go figure.
So, we landed and I was made the runner. The rest would come with the kids. Ok. I was locked and loaded. I thought I was gonna run through the whole airport dodging people and jumping over trolleys.
I got started, was running along this corridor.. keeping my breath steady.. until about 20 meters I got to a security controll. They said they cant help me cuz I didnt have a boarding card. Fucked.
I took about 2 minutes for the family to catch up and we started going through the excuses with all the languages we knew.
Finally the dude said with a thick French accent, "ok, only tis time i let u pass."
I started running again, and RAN, all 15 meters to the desk where they told that we were already booked on the flight. Relax.
And so we did. Had a Budweiser and laughed a bit to whole incident.
Other than that Air France was brilliant.
Since then its been sunny, half cloudy around 30 degrees and some sweet Chang beers. Excellent food and all that I went through last summer. Just plain fucking nice calm living.

Yeah, thats me writing this blog on the terrace of the house.
Have a good one. I am.
